About Ace
Ace is the founder of Ace Performance, a sports and mental performance consulting practice that helps athletes, coaches and professionals improve confidence, consistency and resilience under pressure.
Ace has a personal understanding of what it means to be a professional athlete, with more than 10 years of professional experience in high-level athletic settings. Ace has delivered talks and supported events for industry audiences, including Athlete Ally and The Hidden Opponent, highlighting the importance of resilience and personal identity.
Ace is an MSc candidate in the Department of Physical Education and Sport Sciences at the University of Limerick, expecting to graduate in August 2026. Before Limerick, Ace worked as a consultant in Washington, D.C. They hold dual bachelor’s degrees in Cognitive Science and Psychology from Johns Hopkins University.
