Developing Athlete Identity and Cultivating Success
I am the founder of Ace Performance, a sports and mental performance consulting practice that supports athletes and working professionals across sports and identities. As a former NCAA athlete with 10+ years of experience in high-level sporting environments, I have firsthand experience with the importance of mental health and performance psychology for individuals within and beyond sport. I am passionate about sports equity, student-athlete development, and performance sustainability, and have worked with industry audiences such as Athlete Ally and The Hidden Opponent to support programs focused on student-athlete inclusion and mental health.
I work with athletes on a variety of challenges, including stress management, resilience, and confidence. My work is grounded in a values-based approach to examine motivations, goals, and beliefs, and to better understand individual needs.
I work with teams and organizations to develop programs tailored to individual needs, focusing on inclusive and holistic performance strategies alongside the integration of sustainable design practices to achieve personal and organizational success.
I deliver engaging and informative presentations on a range of topics, including performance strategies, mental health, and personal identity. I tailor presentations to each audience, whether they include academics, athletes, or working professionals.
I am available to give presentations and speak at businesses, schools, and conferences.
